It is extremely odd and just so lucky it was found. I guess when I mean internal it started on the inside of the body near the umbilical region in stomach. No marking on outside or in belly button. That's what's so bizarre anout it all and just so lucky about it! I'm glad you learnt something new and I only hope you recover from your case and all the best wishes 🙂
