88 yr old w/m retired in fair health for his age. Mind is sharp and alert but doe and uses O2 at night due to COPD of lungs Following dental work, he had an enlarged neck node and was given Amoxicillin for infection, which did not help. He was then sent for C-T Scan and it showed an enlarged noge. Bx. showed melanoma, then PET showed 2 spots in the neck and then a 2cm spot on the left upper lobe.
