I live in the UK, although I was born in the USA. I am 56. I have a clinically diagnosed phobia of doctors and hospitals. I have a wonderful husband to whom I have been married for 30 years. I do not have children but I do have two cats. I work in education – I used to be a teacher but now I work for a national charity helping schools develop better teaching. I also write fiction.
