I was diagnosed in January 2015, after having 2 moles removed from my back. The culprit had been sore and itching for quite awhile, and unfortunately I was unaware of that being a symptom of skin cancer until I googled it.
Dx: Superficial Spreading Malignant Melanoma
Tumor characteristics:
Breslow – 1.1mm
Clark level – 4
Ulceration present
Mitotic Rate – 1 mitosis per MM2
TIL – Non brisk
