I hated to post last night that the Merck drug stopped working for me, as I was so hopeful early on after reading such good reports on here and meeting others benefitting from the drug. I didn’t want to take away hope from anyone else, but really needed information snd some reassuring. Anyway, i actually think I am an anomaly. My tumors shrank 20% after the first round of Merck, stayed stable through second round, then grew slightly requiring an additional scan, then this last scan showed new adrenal mass. Maybe it was the gamma knife before the trial that stimulated my immune system temporarily and Merck never really benefitted me – who knows, but it seems most people responding have a long response. Don’t give up the hope – any of you on this trial! It wasn’t the right drug for me, but this whole class of drugs is so promising. Good luck, Dianna!I
