I am 52 years old and newly diagnosed. I am a psychotherapist with a full practice specializing in cancer treatment. I know all the right things to say and do as I have been with hundreds of people throughout their experiences with cancer. This is helpful in some ways. There is also no way to leap frog over all the fear and worry and collecting of information. I am happily married with 2 boys and wonderfully supportive family and friends.
