Hi ya’ll! I am new to this forum. I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with melanoma in situ on my forearm. I was so surprised since I was only concerned about the lump under my chin. I had been telling myself for years to go get checked since I inherited my fair skin from my pops and he has been treated for several years now for pre-cancerous spots. I just never listened to myself. Wow what a wake up call! I see my doc in 2 days to get my stitches out, confirm my margins are clear and get the results of that lump removed from my chin.
