Diagnosed Stage 4 in January 2019. Symptomatic brain metastasis — with 13 mets up to 2cm+. Started on Braf/Mek and then added ipi+nivo — which resulted in significant reduction all around. No progression since late 2020. Treated at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. I’ve had many IRAEs, including adrenal insufficiency, colitis and pneumonitis — but all resolved with patience and prednisone!
