Had an itchy mole biopsy done at family dr office and it came back melanoma. Referred to a dermatologist who scared me to death and tole me I needed an oncologist and surgeon and so it began. I have never been a sun worshiper. Fair skinned and freckled. Totally blown away by all of this. I retired last year after 32 years as a school secretary.
