Have they discussed Zelboraf with you as an option. It is a new chemo drug just approved for melanoma in Aug 2011. My husband just started on it a few weeks ago. He has has 2 spots on his brain so far. The 1st was resected but this 1 is inoperative. Wishing u the best of luck and remember not to give up. Hi Kevin, that is wonderful news! My husband started on Zelboraf March 29th. He has had a lot of side effects such as nausea, photosensitivity and fatigue. He has brain mets so still waiting on next scan to see the results. Praying for everyone!
