I am from San Diego CA. I joined the army in 2006 and was deployed 3 times to Iraq and Afghanistan. I am married to my wife Jenna and we have 2 children ages 5 and 3. I separated from the military in March of 2014 and was diagnosed with Stage 3B melanoma the same year. This year, 2019, I was diagnosed with Stage IV.
