Otherwise healthy 58 year old white female. 10 years ago, melanoma in situ on back of leg was diagnosed and removed. Now, a biopsy has revealed a tumor on cheek, 1.5 mm Breslow Depth, mitotic rate 1.0, no ulceration. Tumor has been excised with margins, awaiting results of SNB. Any thoughts re likelihood of SN involvement?
