Originally from St. Charles, MO I left for the Air Force in 1999. I ended up getting stationed in Tampa and loved the area so I decided to stay. I got out of the Air Force in 2011 and was going to school full time but then I had to leave school because of my diagnosis. I decided a year ago to come back home while I finish chemo just to be close to family. I finished chemo in Sep 2015 and was planning on moving back to my home in Florida this month actually (3/16) but a recent pet scan revealed a tumor on my right lung so now I’m going to have to stay here until I get this straightened out.
