2011 : wound appear in left foot toe after planty of antibiotic described from doctors no affect
2012 : extensional biopsy has been don revealed malignant melanoma left toe has been removed completely .
2012 : to 2014 no follow up has been done
3/2014: swilling appear without ulceration growing bigger and bigger in the dorsum of the left foot
5 /2014: surgical removal has been done without any cytology analysis
7/2014: secondary swilling appear in the same area
8/2014: surgical removal has been done and analysis revealed malignant a melanotic melanoma Metastatic to lymph nodes and both lungs .
