I have been on Imatinib for 4 years for CML and Pembrolizumab for 4 weeks for stage 4 melanoma. Maybe 1st person in UK being treated with both drugs? So far no serious side effects – occasional nausea, some diarrhoea, intermittent fatigue, no skin issues – main problem is backache, but I think this is caused by diverticulosis
