Diagnosis October 2014 on scalp. Wide excised lesion done with followup SNLB which were negative in December 2004. Recurrence of melanoma in neck with a palpable node, did PET which indicated 2 nodes involved in neck, so regionalized. Thereafter, neck dissection completed on June 10,2016. Awaiting second opinion about moving forward with treatment or not.
