I am a mother of two children and was diagnosed in 2008 with melanoma stage 1C, had surgery and have check-ups every 3 months in which they seem to find basil cell issues. I was a beach goer all my life and I have always lived near the beach. I never thought it would happen to me since i am of olive skin. I was so wrong. I try and spread the word about sunscreen and protecting your skin. I move forward but aI am always thinking about what can be to I try and do what is right for me.
