Married, mother of 2, age 45 at diagnosis, active, overall healthy, blond, blue eyes, fair skin, few moles and freckles, no family history of melanoma, no tanning beds. I also spend time at Cancer Forums in the melanoma/skin cancers subforum and have threads there about my experiences with vulvectomy and vulvar mucosal melanoma.
