I am having the EXACT same symptoms NOW.  I have my LND on 5/18 and just began to notice the "cording" a few days ago.  I am so afraid something is going to "snap" if I stretch too far. How is he doing now???

I find that they "sit on" results when they are inconclusive or hard to define. When it's good news, I seem to get results instantaneously. Bad news, however, usually requires pressing the nurse for days or weeks before I hear anything. So, I totally understand how you feel.

Wow — best of luck to you on Tuesday!  Sure feels great to get the drain out.  Weird that your results are taking so long, but every hospital is different.  I'm sure you'll be fine!!  Good thoughts!!

Thanks for the thoughtful response, Allison!

My issue is getting WORSE every day.  I have a major "cord" in my armpit and can feel it all the way into my forearm.  Left a message for my doc on Friday; can hardly wait to hear back from him. It's the freakiest feeling in the world — like something inside is going to snap if I reach too far or too high. 🙁  I am so worked up over the "cord" that I am afraid to stretch.  Aaack!
