74 yo white Male; quit smoking 35 years ago. brother recently died from lung ca. patient had low frequency. ct scan and tumor showed up. subsequently had p.e.t. and tumor and 2 distant lymph nodes lit up. had bronchoscopy; all 3 area areas positive for melanoma. waiting to see oncologist in 2 days
