I have been doing some research but trying to not read too much until I see the podiatrist. Still hoping that it is fungus or something (never thought that I would say that) but it has quite a few signs that make it appear as melanoma. Thank you for the information, it is greatly appreciated.
Inside of the black area, there are some odd shapes and different colors appearing. I have noticed this in the last couple of days.

It is the same doctor, he agrees that it is changing. I have googled it, read about it and looked at pictures. I’m worried because it looks just like some of the pictures. It is more a spot though and a lot of info says you often have a vertical dark line, which I have never had. Thanks!
