      Well.. you know, this will be the first time in YEARS that I've made Thanksgiving dinner at home, so I am having a blast working out my menu.

      Today I saw Rachel Ray mention 'Stuffin' Muffins' and how she makes her Dressing in Muffin tins every year. I went and found the video, and although I still want to use my own recipe, I love the idea of the muffin tin concept so I think I will try it!
