No trial. I did Yervoy for adjuvant treatment when I was first diagnosed in 2015, was stage 3b at that time. Now Opdivo is approved for adjuvant treatment which is a better option than Yervoy, no trial needed. If the margins of your WLE were positive for melanoma then they would go back and take more tissue, but I don't see why that would stop you from getting treatment once that is done.
I would think this is a time you might be able to get an "off label" use for an approved treatment. Always worth a try.
