So i am sitting here getting my drips and looking over my bloodwork. I see that my red blood cell volume is low again and continues to slightly drop the last three times my bloodwork was taken.  Just curious if anyone else recalls their MCV or MCHC being low.  Granted it is not that low but like I said there seems to be a trend where every time I get bloodwork done it is slightly lower.

          Hi Aaron,

Looks like you are the ipi/nivo combo. I'm on pembro and am having much the same downward trend. Was taking multivit plus iron- but that has not changed the trend so now the trial docs have said to take an iron only prep, so will wait and see if that does the trick. Was asked if I felt tired- where do you start on that one ?

Results and side effects from your treatment seem to be greater- so some anemia would not be a big shock.

Am guessing your medical team will treat either f you report symptoms or the blood work gets to a level that causes them concern.

Best of luck with your treatment..
