what is the order in whish the posts are displayed? Doesn’t make much snese to me. Also, any way we could see more per page. Like dropping the banner and jst have a back to home button.

The posts are displayed in chronological order (by both topic and replies). So the post that has the last activity (either a new topic or a reply to a topic) will be on the top.
The first posts was made sticky to stay at the top of the board until I can get a help link put on the top to the FAQ. The rest of the posts are in chronological order.
