      People with moderate-to-severe Vitamin D deficiencies are significantly more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia

          What constitutes "deficiency"?  Because what some docs say is "deficient" isn't agreed upon by all the medical community.  Some say the numbers are not well justified.

                      MIne is 32 and my dr suggested taking a Vit D3 supplement everyday to bring it up a little.
