I have a history of melanoma 3b. Been Ned for 5 years. I just noticed a brown spot not under my toenail but beneath the toenail on the tip (skin part only). Can melanoma on the back spread to the toe with a new spot. I have a appointment next week at derm.
Hi Gregor! Sorry you have to have this worry. If your prior melanoma lesion was on your back, spread to the toe is an unlikely place. Sadly, however, melanoma can do just about anything! I am glad you have an appointment to check it out. Hopefully you just stubbed your toe! Wishing you my best. Celeste
