So as long as you have the required margins (at least 5mm), then that's basically it. Periodic skin checks. Watch for moles that change. Watch your scar for pigment regrowth. Practice sun safety. Melanoma in situ is handled surgically with periodic followups and that's about it. Good news on catching it early!
