Hi all I have had 12 doses of keydruda coping OK with side effects. Sore joints, thyroid issues, but latly experiencing stomach cramps which comes and goes like when you have a stomach bug. The pain can be quite painful at times . Anyone had cramps in stomach and what they took to help I have pain killers but does not feel better. Will tell my consultant on next visit . My bloods are fine not showing anything unusual.

          Scooby,

I've started experiencing something similar. Mine feels like heartburn/acid indegstion. I take Pepcid and try eating smaller meals. I also notice it when I don't drink enough water. I also have a growth (3") between my stomach and kidneys…may be pushing against stomach?!?

          Hope this helps.

          Nick

Thanks Niki, from my last scans I have no evidence on tumour in stomach area ect. Fingers crossed there is not. I'll try acid tablet and take paracetamol regular to see if it helps. Will have to speak to consultant .

Hope goes well and for you Hun. Keep up the good fight.

Scooby, assuming any OTC medicine can help until you reach your doctor, Prilosec may provide more relief from heartburn/reflux than Pepcid, due to how it works. (That from my gastroenterologist a while back at Johns Hopkins.) My husband's melanoma specialist recommended he take a good probiotic on an ongoing basis, which can help maintain good bacteria in the gut. Feel better.
