Hi Everyone:
I was just wondering if anyone had experience with radiation and Zelboraf. Is it possible to have radiation on an external met when taking Zelboraf or is it common practice to stop Zelboraf until the radiation is complete? If the two are not compatible together, Why is this?
Thank you!

i had radiation to the upper lobe on my left lung while on Zelboraf about 3 montsh ago. it didn't seem to cause any additional problems. I had to reduce my Zelboraf from 4 pills twice a day to 2 pills twice a day for a few weeks due to a major skin reaction but other than that my side effects have been lots of skin moles and some foot pain and mild nausea from time to time. I'm just starting month 4 on the Zelboraf and it's working very well for lung mets, numerous and a couple large ones.
