I am currently in a trial of Glembatumumab vedotin & Varlilumab. Just wondering if anyone out there has done this and if so, what kind of side effects have you experienced. Any info is greatly appreciated.
A dear one of mine did a very similar trial. He credits it with giving him a year and thereby giving him time to find a treatment that worked. He did not have the varliumab component. He did experience more old school chemo side effects…hair loss, nausea….than was touted….but overall…very manageable.
