I had a slnb then a clnd in nov 2015. I got really sick recently with a bad cold. Sore throat slight fever but now all i have is the congestion with a cough. Wed i noticed a red slightly raised bump 3mm red in color.(painless) What do intransit melanoma looks like. All the melanoma intransit pics look nothing like this tiny red bump. All look black and scattered. Can anyone tell me what intransits look like. Im just praying its a pimple or boil from the bad cold i had. God bless all of you brave people fighting the fight everyday. Anon
btw the mark is above the skin by my clnd

Intransit mel can look many different ways mine presented as red bumps. Are they close to where your primary was? You can get many raised lumps and bumps from surgery among other things. Best answer is to have it looked at by oncologist or dermatologist and if suspicious biopsy.

My primary was on my back. This one 3mm spot is by my clnd on my left armpit.

Ingrown hair?  Sometimes, things really are nothing.  Hoping that's what's happening here.

I had the same problem; primary melanoma on back, SNLD under right arm. A week after surgery I had numerous small red bumps under my arm. Went to PCP, was bacterial infection of hair folicles. Took antibiotics and it went away.

Sure did scare the crap out of me.
