        Here's my takeaway:

        McArthur's Recipe for Success in Finding a new Cancer Treatment-

             The treatment (or clinical trial) has a 

               1. Strong hypothesis based on a detailed understanding cancer's biology.

               2. Clear and robust lab data

               3. Sufficient levels in body that will hit target

               4. Early positive clinical results.
