Yes, I read this with interest a couple of days ago. You know I love the wizard!! While the role of HDAC inhibitors, LAG-3, and IDO inhibitors (epacadostat) have yet to be clearly defined, I am hopeful they will be part of a new arsenal of treatments for melanoma patients.
