I am going to start the Checkmate CMP-001 clinical trial in about two weeks. I am curious to know if anyone else on this board is participating in this trial as well, and has any thoughts/comments/feelings about it. Thanks!
Hi Enid, I just took a look at some of the clinical trial data and it looks interesting!! CMP-001 has been used on about 700 humans in prior attempts to find a patient population so that is good from a risk stand point. I didn't find any specific mouse data but they said it improved Pembro when combined in mouse models. It look like they are recruiting 60 people for phase 1/2 trial so it might be hard to find any one else that has tried this in melanoma!!!
