I am BRAF neg and on ipi/nivo and it seems to be working. A scan at 8 weeks had 2 tumors so small they could not determine if they were gone or not. 3 tumors smaller and 2 slightly larger. It was 30 days between PET scan and first dose of drugs. These 2 could have continued to grow but may be skrinking or had swelled due to T-Cells. The ipi/nivo appears to work regardless of BRAF. All are in my lungs.

Nothing to worry about. Some of us are, and some aren't. I'm an "unusual" BRAF… not the type approved for treatment with current FDA meds. Pembro worked just lovely on me, and I was actually on MEK inhibitor that worked quite well (prior to Pembro's FDA approval), but for a very short period of time. It gave me a naaaaaasty face and neck rash, but shrank the tumors really rapidly!
