        Hi Celeste, I would have to agree with you about the pembro + Ipi trial, why can't big pharma do things the same so that you can compare!!! My best guess is Merck is trying to get the business away from BMS so they had to do something different and less drug means less cost to Insurance companies and Governments. In Ontario, Canada they picked Keytruda over nivo for stage 4 folks , same reason $$$ plus they also save on Oncologist visit once every three weeks vs once every two weeks. I always find it interesting as well when you take a deeper look at the patient population, 75% of Pembr + Ipi trial had non elevated LDH!!! I wonder if they will have to do a larger study or will they get approvals based on this small sample size?  Best Wishes!!! Ed
