This may be a little far out, but has anyone on an anti-pd1 trial ever had a shot of cortisone for an unrelated orthopedic condition?

I had a serious allergy reaction to something and my hands and feet had hives for 3 months. The derm doc wanted me to take steroids…my oncologist called me after staffing  and told me NOT to take any steroids…I am on anti PD 1 since fall 2010.
