Has anyone asked for or been recommended 1) radiation 2) surgery 3) inhibitors or 4) Ipi while an objective response to PD-1 is ongoing? I understand most doctors don't want to mess with a good thing. What about if things are "stable"? has anyone ever heard of radiation "jumpstarting" a renewed response?

Your status is unclear from your post. However, we have known for some time now that radiation improves the response to immuotherapy:
