      I havebeen on Zelboraf for 4 weeks.   My doctor started me on 3 & 3.  Reduced to 2 & 2.  Now  2 & 3 but through all my scalp, especially upper neck has itched very much.  Any suggestins?

          See that you are having issues with itch driving you crazy.I also had issues with itch but to legs and chest.This I think is a common side affect  associated with"Z".For me the itch lasted about 3 months then just lessened and dissappeared over time."Z" has away to throw  side affects your way too remind you that  you are taking this drug.Thats OK with me as long as it keeps kicking mels butt.Hang in there.Beat the Beast.  Al

                Try leaving extra conditioner on it and shampooing less. You might lose your hair, so be prepared. I did.

                      I had awful rash and itching from ipi (I also did zelboraf). My derm prescribed a foam for the scalp to help. You could ask about that? I can look up the name if you are interested….
