      July of this year my oncologist put me on a opdivo. Ever since that point my world has come Crashing Down around me. I have I’m going to metastasized tumor in my groin and within two infusions it grew from a tumor the size of a teacup to a tumor the size of a large dinner plate. My question is has anyone experienced the same problem with a Apdivo having reverse results?

          Hi Mitchell, hyperprogression is not a new problem, it has been reported for years with other immunotherapy drugs like ipi and IL-2. Here is an ASCO post talking about the experience in one hospital in Toronto Canada over 6 year period of time. % is not large and results for patients doesn't seem to change compared to rest of population being treated.             I've had progression on Opdivo–tumor has grown to the size of a blueberry, but might now be shrinking. Hope to get re-measured in early January.
