Thanks, Ed! I added the link to my ASCO brain met post! The news to me was that they are going to try a "different dosing schedule" for ipi in the ipi/nivo combo in order to try to decrease side effects. Wonder what the plan is….hmmmm… You're awsome possum! c
I think my husband has been informally participating in his own clinical trial of one patient! He has been on Tafinlar for 3+ years while also receiving Keytruda. Only received 7 infusions before having issues with brain edema last September but is still taking Tafinlar. He was never able to tolerate the addition of Mekinist and is on 3/4 dose of Tafinlar. Still has some active tumors but has been stable since stopping the Keytruda infusions.
