Hi all,
I had ippi 2 years ago and get pain in my joints especially in both rib cage area. The pain comes and goes. I know joint pain has been mentioned a lot over time with treatments, but anyone has had it in rib cage area which comes and goes. Can last a few days some times. At times I feel like I have been in a boxing ring so sore .

Hi scooby
i had this. I could not even breathe without pain. This joint pain has moved around a lot and it's now in my arms. We spent a lot of tomectrying various things and I am finding a combination of keyoprofen and also sulfasalazine is working the best to stop me his inflammation that seems to come from the pembro. I had to stop pembro for this reason 18 months ago and have also done some infliximab infusions as a treatment

Hey Scooby,
Yup, me too! Autoimmune inflammatory arthritis is a Pembro thing. There were days I couldn't get out of bed or take a step without being in excruciating pain. Knees, back, ribs shoulders, wrists you name it was swollen and hurt!
I'm currently in a long prednisone taper down to 40mg from 80. This has helped. but I know it's not a long term solution. I'm working with a rheumatologist to try and get a better handle on things. Will let you know.
Praying you can find a good combination to deal with your pain and inflammation.
Shalom,
Julie
