This trial aims to test safety and effectiveness of the combined treatment with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) andvemurafenib (Zelboraf) in patients with stage 3 or 4 melanoma. The main outcome to be measured will be the response of the tumors to the treatment. This trial is recruiting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US)

The trial seems to be this one on the NCT register….

Stage 1- safety trial for the 2 drugs together. small no of participants but both drugs ok on their own.
Here is a link to 10 ther studies in Pennsylvania that are later stage trials ie safety ok testing efficacy against other treatments, possibly worth considering ?
